At Grace's Table, we know that teen mamas oftentimes feel isolated, alone, and anxious about their new roles as mother and household provider. These young moms need to secure food, housing, and a living wage, which leaves them little mental, physical, or emotional energy to figure out how to gain the life skills they need, finish their education, and learn how to become a better parent.
Adolescent motherhood is scary, lonely, and difficult. We believe teen mamas and their children should not be alone and under-supported while navigating the journey of motherhood.
That's why we've built a supportive community of professionals, mentors, social workers, parents, and mental health professionals to uplift, support, and equip teen mamas.
In the last six years, we've had the privilege of helping hundreds of teen mamas gain access to resources, find friendship and mentoring, find healing, and embrace a hopeful future. Your generosity fuels these efforts.
